Main Features

1.The first printing unit is fixed along with the lead edge feeding unit.
2.All the machine walls are made of the casting iron, which is anti-vibration and steady during running. All the gears are meshing with each other accurately. The machine walls are processed on the CNC center. Water-level is used during the assembling and adjusting.
3.All the shafts and rolls are made of good quality steel with high accurate balancing adjustment, surface grinding and hard chromed, which makes the running of the machine steadier and extends the using life.
4.Key free connection without gap and suitable for the high speed running. The key bearings are all using NSK with long using life.
5.Lubrication oil is sprayed among all the transmission gears. Double pumps and auto recycling. No need to remove the oil time to time. It won’t exceed the limit.
6.Motorized control of unit movements and pneumatic locking. The unit automatically breaks once it is separate from the others, which ensures the printing position. Each unit has the independent motor for moving.
7.The moving of all the units is with the alarm for the safety of the operators.
